Customer Service Representative - Order Processing

?? Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Customer Service Representative with strong order entry and processing experience to join our team in Westlake Village. This is not a call center role-you'll primarily be handling email communication and entering orders into the system. You'll collaborate closely with our sales reps and internal departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of both domestic and international orders.

Accurately enter and process customer orders using internal systems
Communicate with sales reps and internal teams primarily via email
Handle basic product logistics and assist with domestic and international shipping documentation
Monitor and manage order status updates, confirmations, and shipment tracking
Provide timely, professional customer service via email with minimal phone interaction
Ensure orders are processed in compliance with company procedures and shipping standards
Assist in general product handling and order fulfillment tasks as needed
2+ years of order entry/order processing experience required
Strong written communication and attention to detail
Comfortable using email as the primary communication method
Experience with basic shipping processes (international experience a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and order management systems
Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
